Ford tried the IRS with the cobras and owners werent happy. The mustang is the #1 modified/drag raced car in america. Live axle is preferred to IRS when drag racing... so i wouldnt expect them to change that.

2010! im getting a premium @ $36,400 but i drove a base model and it was still impressive, and the look kills the 05-09 design. good luck on your purchase
