Well in this video we show you how to cook a goose from start to finish. Now once again please be warned that there are parts of this video that may not be for the squeamish among you, as we once again clean the goose from beginning to end. But having said that we go through a loot here in the Goose recipes video We even show you where Foie Gras or the Goose Liver comes from etc. You wi8ll also see where the best fat on the goose is, so you will see how much goose fat actually comes off the goose even before we cook it. We also show you how to make a super potato stuffing for the Goose that works really well. So if you have ever wondered about how to roast a goose or how to cook a goose then please watch the video from start to to finish. This is a long video over 30 minutes in length, but we hope that you will feel that it was worth watching.   • You removed the gallbladder and then continued to work with the bile from the gall on your cutting board unacceptable.

  • @applejack120 At no stage was any of the edible offal, in contact with the gall bladder, as we reminded anyone who watches the video to keep well away from the gall bladder as it taints the food if it happens to come in contact with it. But thanks for the observations we appreciate it!

  • I love these videos.Again I'm learning new things every time.One of the few things I learned this time is that a big goose doesn't have as many servings as I thought it would.And I really am gonna try that potato stuffing,looks great and easy too.
