Tutorial showing you how to get a really cute vintage, pin -up inspired look in no time at all. Great for girls with thick or long hair who have problems with, or can't be bothered with victory rolls proper.

  • The 1940s hairstyles were supposed to look neat and polished....

  • @TheJackattack86 This is 'inspired by' not exact. It's easy and quick, not perfect but it's not supposed to be!

  • Thank you so much for this! I can't do victory rolls to save my life...I tried your version and it works so well for me. Thanks again -3

  • @lilydynamite I'm so glad!

  • You're a great teacher:D

  • @2703Betty many thanks x

  • without the victory roll you look like Liv Tyler!

  • I love it!!! I don't care if to others it's messy to me it's your personal twist to the style. (: loved it. And I never thought of twirling my bangs that way. Pretty clever (:

  • You make this look so easy... I've been trying for about an hour now. Can hardly lift my arms anymore.... it sucks!

  • very, very nicely done, easy and idiot-proof. well done!

plus, i love your accent! :)))

  • Thank goodness for you! Been trying to get my thumb in the right place... and watched all the videos - still couldn't get it right. Yours really helped. Thank you!!! Will subscribe for more.

  • @RyanShoresWifey I respect your comment just the same as I respect the fact they she doesn't want a perfect, constructed look. She likes it uneven and a little messy. Its quick and easy and that was the point of her tutorial.

  • your a very good teacher and a lovely girl but I don't like how you style you rolls. They seem a little sloppy and could use much repositioning and more structure. I think i fyou practice it more it'd look adorable but as they are here they don't do you justice.

  • Even though I wandered in here by accident, I did give you a favorable rating. More men need to see these videos because what women do with their hair to get that "look" is a mnystery to us. All we know is we can't under any circusmstance ever touch it (unless we have a death wish). The Andrews Sisters referred to a "Dewberry" style in their "Corns For My Country" video, do you know what that is by any chance? The 1940's ladies were gorgeous. Best of luck to you! You go, Girl! :)
