Hi there, still busy. It takes lots of time to convert 1 model. And even that is not completed yet.
The tools are a bit cumbersome and complex. But i tought there was one there from another group already?
As i said in the description it is pure a modding practice with models, not a full mod. And you're right dude it would be fantastic.

@Blazar11 Well, I don't see a page for this mod yet on Moddb. Hope you do find the time to make a page there and connect with the Nexus group there to get some help on what could be a great mod.

Haha, nice titel dude. But for now my knowledgde ends at the shipbuilding/modding part. The other aspects
could be developed further by more experienced modders, i hope.

@Blazar11 STO was a step backward from Bridge Commander in terms of tactical opportunities. You can no longer target individual devices, you only have 4 shield facings as opposed to the original 6, and it's more about spamming your abilities than careful shooting and good power management.
Maybe your mod will be the "EVE: Tactical Fleet Operations" version for those of us who want to control multiple EVE ships that way.

@richvandenaker You can get it for cheap paid download on the Steam service. Then you'll be able to play the original game and all the awesome mods for it, as long as your computer is good enough.

The same here. That was what i wanted from eve. But alas, it wasn't exactly as good as the Nexus gameplay Space battle style. With good cinematography ingame. So for me the real deal of Space batlle was not good enough in eve. However the rest is quite good, if you like that kind of stuff. Like trading and traning.
STO (Star Trek Online) is a huge faillure. And Black prophecy is good, but there's still a bit not clear in the gameplay. But it is still in Beta, so it could get better.

I would love to see a Space Combat MMO with Nexus' battle system and full-3D controls myself. This is looking better and better.

@richvandenaker
I understand your problem dude. But it is really very cheap on amazon.com. I've also bought it from there.
Good luck and enjoy!
