It seems a bit to the 1997 Arrows and sounds as a Ligier (I know, is the same engine), but the Ligier's gearbox sounds more spectacular (something that known they who listened it in a race venue)

the Dome-Mugen project was meant for 1995, but they had their first test 2 years later and it was seriously outdated.
