OMG!!!! I've been searching for Calabrese recipes!! I just hit jackpot!!! I love how you and nonna were cracking up at the start of the video. I love nonna. God Bless Her. Makes me miss my mom and the Pita she would make at Christmas time. My mom would make Scallili. I wonder if you've heard of that? I can't wait to delve into your site and see what else nonna makes!
I would love to find a recipe for Tiella a baked pasta dish with prosciutto or bacon
, potatoes and sauce.

Wonderful video...is there a part two? It ended so abruptly. My family comes from Calabria too, and we had this every Christmas. Unfortunately, all the grandmothers and aunts who made it no longer do. I want to surprise my 95 year aunt with this, she cannot see very well, and she misses this at Christmastime. Your Nana is so cute! Thanks for posting!
