also my 351w mustang has a 4 barrel carb a 600 cfm eldelbrock 1406 i had just listed its original 2 barrel carb to tell u that it is not a h.o so after that what do u think it will run with slicks, eldelbrock 4 barrel carb and intake and also what hp thank u for relpying here are my listed mods from before alumimum intake manifold, mac h-pipe, bbk shorty headers, stock iron heads, tubular lower control arms and eletric fan, 8.8 in rear end 4.11 gears, c-6 tranny with shift kit,

@helmet1A i think you should get better results with drag radial, or radial tires being a stock engine, 4.11 gear is ok short but ok, the c6 is a heavyer tranny than a c4, i think your car should run 15.80 or 15.90, and you may have like a 240 hp and about 195 rwhp

What quarter mile should i run with a 1993 mustang gt cobra clone with 1984 351w originally had a 2 barrel carb but swapped to eldelbrock alumimum intake manifold no cats no smog pump bbk equal length headers stock iron heads stock cam stock internals kn air filter 600 cfm eldelbrock carb c-6 tranny with shift kit 4.11 gears stiff tubular lower control arms no mechanical fan swapped for 4 cylander fan electric fan

@helmet1A mm probably a 15.80, you should swap your carb for a 4 barrel, a holley 650 dp or a edelbrock 660 cfm and swap the cam for an isky 270, and your car will change a lot, then you may run 14.10 maybe 13.9

so basically im asking how much faster in quarter mile will slicks give me and how did u get your mustang to to run low 12s please could u list all of your mods, why did the 351w in 1985 lack in power compared to the 1969 351w
