This was always considered "Sinatra's song." While his rendition was great, James Booker squeezed every bit of raw emotion out of "That's Life." To continue with "Precious Lord" is not only appropriate, but completes the performance. Actually, after hearing Booker sing "That's Life", I consider it "his" song.
