I think humanity is important. I don't think that humans are like dogs or plants. Their liberty matters because they, as individual humans, matter. A person is their individuality. Your claim that their individuality is less important than YOUR desire for them having material goods is despicable.
I don't want to frighten anybody; I want to make them mad. I want their blood to boil when they see you try to replace your will for theirs.

I suspect that you don't know the purpose or the scope of their internment. You think it was for their safety? That's a nice bit of revisionist history. What about the government seizing all their property? Was that because it would be better for the Japanese to be homeless than suffer their "precious liberties" be violated by having their homes pillaged in their absence?

With all due respect, you're changing the subject. You rejected my claim that interventionist government policy shrinks liberty, and so I am just setting the record straight.
Whether or not you think that the utility of society as a whole is increased or decreased by government's decision to criminalize certain non-violent behaviors is irrelevant to the point.
Government punishing people who aren't hurting anybody else is obviously an infringement on liberty.

Of course you would not NOT treat some life or death emergency case (or at least I hope so). The bigger problem are the smaller, not life threatening health issues. If you are on minimum wages, you can't afford regular check-ups, or a simple toth treatment or whatever. These things accumulate and have a serious impact on quality of living as well as on life expectancy. And therefore yes, health care IS a human right in a societey that is more than wealthy enough to provide it to everyone!
