Justice Who Denied Marriage Won't Resign

The white justice of the peace in Louisiana who refused to marry an interracial couple told reporters that he has no plans to resign. Louisiana's governor and a U.S. senator are joining the call for his ouster. (Oct. 18)

About two week's after this video was uploaded, in early November, Bardwell did finally resign! He was probably threatened with legal action by the state and/or the federal gov't, also telling him that if he resigns & keep's himself from doing anything else stupid that he wouldn't be prosecuted, at least by them.

I can't help but wonder how this "nigger" was raised!
