Great way of explaining SEO I have a web site onlytvstands.co.uk and have used a SEO company to help get traffic to my site, as i was not to sure on what to do and how to do it, but this cost me a lot and was not seeing anything back so now I just update my site at least 4 times a week and things are getting better.
