If an older person came to you for advice and told you that they were still in the closet because of family, religion, culture, etc. and that they had never experienced a moment of physical intimacy or even kissed another person but would like to, what advice would you give them?"

as well as the spot on content.. i LOVE that you filmed this outside. it really adds to the feeling that shame and secrecy don't have to be our shackles anymore. you're out there recording this in the real world..... where we all have the opportunity to live our lives.... authentically and free from fear with the support of our community. x

@u05bd6 Hey Barbara :) Thanks so much for adding your thoughtful comment. It is a shame when people don't have enough support during transition - and sadly I think it's quite common for us to struggle to find adequate support. I think we can all make a difference by trying to be there for one another as much as possible. Even though we may make mistakes along the road, it is after all how we learn, and we often become stronger because of the mistakes we made. Best wishes to you, Valentino x

Great great video! I've been thinking recently about other trans people who are not guided appropriately in their transition and they make mistakes in their decisions (i.e. rush things forward) and become traumatised. Those people become in a way excluded from the talk.

@83green Hey Naaman :) Nice to meet you here! My advice for those in a hurry? Less haste more speed. Rushing won't build the foundations of community and friendship that one needs.
