Founded by NBA point guard Shaun Livingston in 2007, the Shaun Livingston Foundation (SLF), a National Heritage Foundation, seeks to create life-changing environments where young people can achieve personal victories, develop self-confidence and make the most of their individual potential. Our mission is to provide programs that focus on academic excellence, physical and mental health, volunteerism, career exploration, character building and leadership development.

The foundation partners with local organizations that implement effective community-based programs focusing on character building, academic excellence, physical and mental health, volunteering, career planning and leadership development. Through partnerships with other youth-oriented organizations, such as Salvation Army, LA's Best, The Boys & Girls Club of South Bay, and the LA 84 Foundation, the Shaun Livingston Foundation is already making a positive and lasting impact on local communities by enriching the lives of thousands of youth.
