@rngmstrdan it's not, it was inspired by lennon's son's class mate named Lucy. Julian (lennons son) came in one day with a picture about a school friend of his named Lucy. He had sketched in some stars in the sky and called it Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds. lennon never looked at the title for message of drugs. how ever, after the rolling stones brought this to his attention he looked into the lyrics and titles of every song that he made.
