Stegokitty reads chapter 14 (titled "Lordship Salvation") from the book "Dispensationalism - RIghtly Dividing the People of God?" by Keith A. Mathison. Hopefully brother Mathison will not mind my reading his book publicly, but I thought it was so well presented, and easy to understand, that anyone who is interested might benefit from it.

  • The controversy is idiotic because Christianity is idiotic and HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH JESUS AND HIS TEACHINGS.

  • @leland61 - Hmm, would you care to elaborate? I don't see how using the Bible, which is the testimony about Christ, and of Christ, by those who spoke of Him before His incarnation, and of His own testimony about Himself, and of that of His Apostles, and applying that to one's worldview, worship, and practice is not in accord with His teachings.

  • Great video! Do you mind if upload this video on my channel? I speak spanish, and think it could be helpful for us who are spanish spekears...

  • @kokitoxdxd - Thanks. Yes, you may upload it to your channel. But how will it be of help to Spanish-speaking people if it's in English? Are you going to overdub it or something?

  • @stegokitty Yes! I'm going to overdub it! :)

  • @kokitoxdxd - Fabulous! Best wishes.

  • @RefutingSkellyism - Well, you'd actually be coveting the mind of another person. All I was doing was reading a chapter from a book ("Dispensationalism - Rightly Dividing the People of God?" by Keith A. Mathison). Yes MacArthur, Sproul, and Piper (et al) are all great godly men, proclaiming the Gospel in it's fullness. I owe a great deal for the work God has done through these men.

  • Wow!! Great job!! Unfortunately, you've caused me to stumble into coveting your lucid mind. Fret not, it's not your fault, it's wholly mine!! Beyond my own Bible study, work, paying bills, thistles & thorns, and wiping sweat off my brow, I've not had time to keep pace with 'current' & 'popular' theological debates. Hence, I've been in the dark about what's been recently proclaimed by guys I thought were solid (Mac, Sproul, Piper), I'm flabbergasted!! Thanks for giving such a clear run down.

  • This video was amazing! I can't believe it took me this long to stumble upon it.

    God bless

  • @NY1054Cool - Thanks for the compliment! :o)

I was worried that I sounded too monotone.

    I've never read JMcA's book. I should.

He's a gifted (very gifted) preacher.
