Can u please elaborate on personal experience on how a lowered bike handles and turns at both high and low speeds? Do's and dont's? I have a 2007 r1 and am short. 5'4". I am on my tip toes at a stop so I want to lower my bike, shave my seat and possibly wear boots. All so I can be able to put my feet flat. Also, how far did u lower ur bike? Any additional info...much appreciated!

@gabemoral, oh yeah some people that hate on the lowerred and stretched bikes are people that don't have the skill to ride one and throw it into corners on the highway so its kinda like a testament to your skill when you can get down on one. By the way, nice R!!!

Its your bike if you want to stretch it and lower thats your choice but in my opinion it defeats the purpose of getting a sportbike, i mean really what are you gonna do on that thing??? go really slow???
