Well, it's not a park, for one thing. It's a stretch of federal land. No, the roads don't all look like that. You can explore lots of places in your toyota camry, but you'd ought to pick up an area map at the ranger station. If you have a Jeep you can get out there where you may not see another person for days. That's the way to do it.
