It's a friends layout and I am helping with it, but it will be some time before it's is complete. But I do believe that a lot will get done this year. We have played with it long enough to know that the track work is fine and found a few things that needed changing. Currently he is working on some buildings and I think in a month or two that some of the scenery will get started which will give it a whole new look. When there is enough change I will post another video to keep you updated.

Update: The top of the helix now has most of the mountain built on top of it (still in the plaster stage). We have not been able to work on it in a regular basis so it is taking a long time. Once the mountain is done enough to remove the protective tape from the track I will try to post an updated video.

We have been busy with all the summer outdoor projects that keep everyone busy, so I hope that we will return to work on the layout at the end of summer or early fall. So check back every once and a while, when we have made some changes there will be another video posted.

I have posted some photo updates of the mountain on top of the helix. We have had a couple of weeks to work on it and the mountain is starting to look good... check it out.
