Legs and head don't move. Its either a life size statue of a unicorn and they moved it or its just a still picture of a unicorn composited on top.

looks like they had a plastic horse on a sled and pulled it with a rope or something, the legs don't move

I saw this on fact or faked. And I was like... that's bad CGI. It's like... so bad. >.< It doesn't move at all like a real horse. O.o Why not just like... strap a horn to a real horse?

I'm surprised at the people saying they just glued something cone shaped to a horse. They obviously used cgi. The head doesn't move like it should if the horse were at full gallop like the video appears to show it doing.
