Brilliant bit of Pamela Stephenson as a guest on The Bob Monkhouse Show (BBC1 07/06/86) - here chosen as one of the clips during Stephenson's appearance on 'Plunder' (BBC2 27/03/91).
I remember the tank. It's hard to imagine anything like this would be allowed now: Falling lights, exploding chairs (Pamela was sitting on that just a few minutes before), falling shrapnel... the shots are perfectly synced with the explosions... you have to hand it to Bob for staying with the show and trying to talk Pamela round rather than running off-set as I would.
hahahahaahah "Put it down.. put it down"

I remember at the end Bob pretends to fight back with the ornament (I think).

It's marvellous - I did have this recorded from the original for ages, but mislaid the tape,

Actually almost funny for Pam she struggles with comedy always lacks something

I remember this. I remember the look of fear on Monkhouse's face.

Uncle Bob thought he had some serious shit on his plate, handled it like a pro

I have been looking for the full version of this for years. An absolute classic!

I've heard about this episode but never seen it. Thanks for posting it. Anyone got the full version?

Oh my God, I worked on this show! Sadly the bit where the midgets broke through the set in a tank at the end is missing - I kid you not!
