  • anchises868: If there are sharp pains then no. If soreness do to old injuries then do the exercise easy at the beginning for 5 to 10 minutes the muscles will be warmed up and you can increase intensity. FYI. After you cool down the soreness will be back, they'll never go away. Welcome to the club.
