@darkpowrjd they might be running a local ticker feed but not receiving a downlinked show, so the ticker still runs and the only thing not working is the downlink, hence why the ticker runs fine

To be fair, there was a major snowstorm at the time, which basically shut down the whole area. That's probably why the station was having technical problems. Needless to say, this Technical Difficulties slide was RARELY seen on the station.

Find it funny that they have tech difficulties but can STILL run the ticker at the bottom just fine. Dunno why.
