The new Proel laser machine "e.Laser" works together with embroidery machine to create a very accurate and efficient system for fabric laser cutting and fabric laser engraving placed on the frame of the embroidery machine. This new laser system (patents pending solution) doesn't require electrical or mechanical changes on the embroidery machine.
The e.Laser can be mounted on any existing or brand new embroidery machine. The system makes an automatic control of laser power accordingly to the frame movement. The laser cut is very accurate because the laser source is perpendicular to the working plane having a very small laser spot. With this small laser spot you can cut any materials and even thick materials.
The laser system is able to work on the entire working area of embroidery frame. The "e.Laser" can be used for any type of production, from the small embroidery business, or craftsman studio (with a single head embroidery machine), to the large industry (multihead embroidery machines).
MAIN FEATURES
The e.Laser is a CO2 Laser machine equipped with a 25 or 50 Watt CO2 laser source. During the cycles of laser cutting and laser engraving, to the cutting head is sent a flow of air is sent to the cutting head in order to maintain clean the focusing lens, avoiding burnings on material: this in order to have very defined and clean cuts. The smokes produced during laser cutting or laser engraving, are evacuated by an external suction machine. The machine is equipped with a internal smoke suction device.
USABLE SOFTWARE for LASER CUTTING
Proel software for laser cutting FOCUSCUT III is the best program to manage laser cuts with e.Laser because the operator can use a lot of automatic tools for: auto-recognizing the embroidery edges, creating laser lettering and true type laser lettering, automatic creation of kiss cutting levels, etc. Possible also to manage the laser cuts with any client punching system.

La nuova macchina laser Proel "e.Laser" abbinata ad una macchina ricamatrice professionale, costituisce un sistema molto preciso ed efficiente per il taglio laser e lincisione laser dei materiali che vengono collocati sul piano della ricamatrice stessa. Questo nuovo sistema Laser (Brevettato) non richiede modifiche elettriche o meccaniche ai componenti delle macchine ricamatrici.
L' e.Laser può essere installato sia sulle nuove che sulle vecchie macchine ricamatrici. Il sistema esegue controllo automatico della potenza del laser sincronizzato con il movimento del telaio della macchina da ricamo. Il taglio laser o l'incisione laser risultano molto precisi grazie al fatto che la sorgente laser è sempre perpendicolare al piano di lavoro; inoltre lo spot molto piccolo della sorgente laser permette di tagliare anche materiali di spessore consistente.
Questo sistema laser è in grado di utilizzare l'intera area di lavoro della macchina da ricamo industriale. L' e.Laser può essere utilizzata in qualsiasi attività produttiva dal piccolo ricamificio, o laboratorio artigiano (macchina ricamatrice monotesta), alla grande industria (macchine ricamatrici multiteste).

SOFTWARE UTILIZZABILI
Il software Proel per il taglio laser FOCUSCUT III è ovviamente il migliore programma per creare e gestire i file di taglio per l' e.laser in qualto l'operatore ha a disposizione una serie di strumenti automatici per il riconoscimento della sagoma del ricamo, per creare dei testi da tagliare, per creare sia ricamo che taglio da un font true type, per creare i livelli di taglio di una lavorazione "kiss cutting", ecc. E' comunque possibile creare tagli laser con sistemi di punciatura non proel.
