that vader in the cutscene at the jedi temple was just a vision.

maybe the fight between galen mareks father and vader is a part of starkillers memory that wake up in this moment.

as you know starkillers father died a long time ago when starkiller was a young child.

this vision shows the conflict in starkiller between his own dark and light side.
