I always thought this was a great show. I recently cut my cable down to the very basic package so I dont have nearly as many choices as I used to. I started watching this show every morning and love it. I think Carroll Oconner was a great actor.

I remember absolutely nothing about this show....I DO remember hearing the theme song quite a bit in my younger years. I just watched an episode of "Pawn Stars" where someone tried to sell a script from this show....brought back memories.

I have talked to that conductor that was standing in the baggage car door when the train passed he told me that he had No idea he would be in the opening of a tv series se said it was just hot in that baggage car that night and had the door open
