Can day care workers now do this to children that don't "obey" Can nurses now do this to the elderly in the hospitals? Should we treat our own grandparents and aging parents this way? I reserve judgement. I would like to see more video from before. She hadn't done anything to deserve arrest in the film. What does the deputies say to justify arrest. Still more force was used than necessary. I don't see why she couldn't have been turned to the wall and cuffed.

At no time did i see her swing, assault nor anything else. She may have been verbal but that isnt mentioned. If it was a verbal assault, even that does not justify what happened to her in custody.

@MysticTrunksHQ So you've been to Virginia.....? I live in Virginia.......about 20 minutes from Va. Beach, and I can tell you, the local cops here have become militarized thugs and regard "civilians" as subserviant to THEM....the State Troopers are even worse. Also, it is irrelevant if this woman was or wasn't "over the limit"....she was NOT arrested for driving while intoxicated. When the police can violate our rights and assault us without consequence, we ALL lose.......big time.

She needed her ass kick and by the time the cast go to court she will be dead. This old bag has been arrested 5 more time since the incident.
