'Chemical Ali' executed by hanging in Iraq

Saddam Hussein's cousin - Alee Hassan al-Majid, better known as Chemical Alee - has been executed by hanging in Iraq for genocide and crimes against humanity. That's according to a government spokesperson. Majid received his fourth death sentence just over a week ago, for ordering the gassing of Kurds in the Iraqi village of Halabja in 1988, killing over 5 thousand. He was also previously sentenced to hang for the mass-killing of Shia Muslims in the nineties. Giulleto Chiesa, Italian politician and former member of the European Parliament, believes Iraq's special tribunal that tried Majid can't be considered independent.

A good place to start is the famous 'The Trial of Henry Kissinger' by Christopher Hitchens. Then again you will actually have to use self-initiative to find and read it, and I know that may be a little too tough for you.....

Hussein has ordered the killing of many people and harbored terror cells within his country. Terror cells that caused harm to many many more people in the world. Not only that, but he invaded Kuwait when that seriously wasn't necessary.
