  • The question should not be "Why was Robert Kuica rally driving". The question should be, "What kind of chimps designed and installed that piece-of-shit-barrier." Any motorist could have hit the barrier and been speared just like RObert.

  • Robert left the hospital today and will continue his rehab in Italy for his hand.

  • get well soon. Robert!

  • Robert! Modle sie za ciebie! Get better soon xx

  • Che inglese Doc.....scuola CEPU?

  • Robert you idiot!! The next potential world champ, thats what you had in store for 2011 and that Renault looks great in testing. HEAL QUICKLY YOU SPEEDFREAK, I WANT TO SEE YOU DRIVING IN F1 2012 IF NOT 2011. (VOODOO magic applied)

  • @1989SupraGuyFIN This has nothing to do with restrictions. Kubica likes rallying, he even said at times that he found it more exciting than F1. The fact is he took a risk, and had terrible terrible luck. Drivers used to get in trouble driving in other series way before the testing restrictions came into place. The answer why he was driving rally is simple: Formula 1 testing restrictions.

In F1 regulations under testing is following:

"As the sport's technical demands have grown in recent years, so too has the importance of testing. But with the FIA ever mindful of rising costs, since 2009 teams have been limited to 15,000 test kilometres during a calendar year. Young driver training (one three-day test per year) and promotional events do not count towards this tally... (continues)

  • my fathers stack car broke an a-arm going into turn 1 at San Antonio speedway, the only thing that saved him was the hutchinson device, after the accident he went to the doctor because of back pain, the doctor did and exray and found a herniated artery, they inserted a stint and saved it, if he hadnt of wrecked the car and hard enough, the doctor said the artery would have gone unnoticed and could have ruptured any day killing him, i know the risks of racing, and it takes a special person
