@jettech510 No, they didn't. Again, you simply lie. They found a guy who was walking on the platform at another stop, talking about the video and showing his friend the footage. They ASKED him for the video, and he COMPLIED and GAVE them his camera. Nice try, but wrong again, as usual. They did not stop the train, they did not physically confiscate any video against the will of the person who owned it. Talk is cheap, there is no evidence whatsoever to back your lies.

I had respect for Alex Jones until he came out and starts lying like this. Grant assaulting 2 cops, his friend punching a cop in the face, refusing police orders, refusing to give his hands, standing after being ordered to stay seated, is not "complying", not in the least. @NotOurCause Standing up is further proof he did not intend to shoot Grant. If he intended to murder him, he would have stayed crouched down, to hide his actions and lower the chance of ricochet. The cop did not chamber a round. Police keep a round chambered. If you had actually studied the video, as the experts who testified at trial did, you would know that Mehserle's actions were all consistant with someone who believed he was firing a taser, not a .40 cal pistol.
