ON the level you clicked 'retry' maybe you could have had Donkey Kong hit him over the pink road thing and then formed the road, thus getting him out of the bouncing. [Not like you could go back in time anyways, just figured I would point out another solution].

Maybe you can ask for promission then convert this into an avi or something then do your own voiceover on top of the footage? It's basiclly a DS video capture of the one you can't do via emulator.

I was never much of a fan of Lemmings. Doubt I would play this game because the gameplay is so similar. It looks easier than Lemmings, but still.
