Sarah Austin Interviews Gleb Budman, the CEO of Backblaze, about his challenges and success starting the unique online backup service, while also getting a tour of the CEO's home. Budman explains the humble beginnings of the company by showing the home office where it started. He explains that the company started with just five people who took a large risk by quitting their jobs and not paying themselves for an entire year. "The things you will do to make the business work", states the now successful CEO. He continues by sharing the charming relationship between learning to play the guitar and his hobby hang-gliding with his success at work.
