  • @flyingpaperkites aw man, i'm cutting down to 112 and so far i can deadlift only 225 three reps, bench 125 3x4, and squat 195. Thanks for the info though. I appreciate it

  • @dou deadlift prolly around 300 squat 200+ for sure u little 119lb are fast little fuckers and a good bench for you would prolly be 135 get to were u can do 4 sets of 8 and you'll throw 119 off u when there pinning u easly

  • what would be considered a strong deadlift, bench, and squat for a 119lb wrestler?
