This is a piece of shit app. Full of bugs. Says wi-fi is disabled but over 4 wireless devices is connected via wi-fi.. Fix this shit u guys suck

A freaking user guide would been nice. Like what the hell is "high Traffic Threshold" and the adjustable Mbps. And even though it I assume repairs lost connections. It seems to be doing it every 5 min. We don't have this problem on my home planet.

Genie is the crappiest software ever. EVER. What a hassle, services I never use, no way to figure out what I need to do. My downloads get dropped and sometimes internet is super slow.

I have a problem i have a netgear r3600 and i can connect with my acer aspire laptop but its sometimey with my samsung galaxy tab 2 and never with my kindle fire its a 5g laptop but i cant get at least 4 bars on xbox live can respond as soon as possible thanx
