actually, dry-cutting (w/o any water) bangs gives you better and more accurate results than if your hair is wet. reason i say this is b/c your hair looks different when it is wet than when it is dry.

I have an eye brow video too.. and I usually just let my bangs grow till it's blocking my sight too much :]
