I don't mean to be unkind but I see that they misunderstood some verses in the Torah. I noticed the box they were wearing on their heads and the strap on their arm. They may be trying to obey the literal interpretation of a verse that commands us to keep the law "in your foreheads". That was not to be taken literally. That was an expression that means we should be mindful of his law and strive to obey it. Interesting video. Jews sects make a similar misapplication with the muzuzah.
