Hi all,
I have recently acquired a Galaxy Tab P1000. As such, I will be continue to post new instruction videos as often as I can.
In the next few videos I will be doing some old christian musics or chorus using some chords progressions which is suitable for new guitarist who have pick up the skills.
I apologise for the low quality of the video, however, if u have any tips on improving video quality pls let me know. I am currently using Sony Vegas Pro V9.0 and video recording is done using Galaxy Tab. I will try to search further on youtube on any editing tips I can find so pls bear with me.
I hope the content will be truely be of use to you guys.
I believe in approaching a christian song from as many angles as possible within christian context. As such, I have often come out with a slightly different way of playing a christian songs (as evident from the videos I have done so far).
In the next few videos, I will be sharing with you guys how a simple 1st , 6th (or 3rd) , 4th (or 2nd) and 5th chords can impact a song. And how by doing a slight modification can change the dynamic of a worship.
Below are the Chords numbering for guitarist who do not know what I meant by all the numbers I listed.
N = Natural (ie play the Major Chords)
M = Minor Chord
Aug = Augment Chord
Dim = Diminish Chord
* noted* for simple sake, I will usually play a minor chord for the 7th noted/chord instead of a proper Aug/Dim.
I will only list the popular chords
1st (N)----2nd(M)---3rd(M)---4th(N)---5th(7)---6th(M)---7th(Dim/Aug/M)
A-----------Bm---------C#m-----D---------E7-------F#m------G#m
C----------Dm----------Em-------F---------G7-------Am--------Bm
D----------Em----------F#m------G--------A7--------Bm-------C#m
E----------F#m---------G#m-----A---------B7-------C#m------D#m
G---------Am------------Bm------C---------D7-------Em--------F#m
Hi Fred, It's great to see and hear from you again. I look forward to your videos as i always find them informative and helpful. as far as video quality goes, considering that the P1000 galaxy tab only has a 3.2Mp camera with D1 video, the Quality is actually very good. but probably also the best you will get. there are some things you can do as far as editing and rendering goes to help improve the quality but it all depends on the format you record in and that you render in. good luck
