Your all making further assumptions based on this 19 second clip. Yes it looks like it COULD be bad but it also could just be that their having a party(lots of voices in the background) and dont want to leave him inside. This is no worse then putting your dog in a cage(which alot if not ALL dog owners do at one point or another, usually when potty training), if you want to yell about something go find the 10,000 REAL animal cruelty videos on the net.
