@hauntedmythcaves I was on my way to work at Bookbinder's restaurant in the 2300 block of e. cary st. I left home at about 3:30 p.m. it had just started to rain. by the time I got to the Main st exit. the lower part of cary st. just east of the tobacco company restaurant was already impassable. We lost power in the restaurant about 6 p.m. I headed home about 7. I had to call a friend of mine that worked at city planning so he could direct me off of church hill. It was very scarey.
dam i remember this it was crazy, my father n law lost a friend in that flood. good thing i stay up in church hill on top of all that
