@rawatashwin666 yes this is so true, my fire starts up really good. then my wood doesnt catch on like u said. it happened to me during a 2 hour hike, couldnt cook my bacon, hadnt eaten for 4 hours on that hiking trip.

The problem I always face is the lager wood not catching fire :( When I put them they extinguish the remaining fire.
