This video was shot in downtown Tampa FL around the Federal Building (December 2009). At no time was the photographer on Federal Property. The only "suspicious" activity of the photographer was using a DSLR on a public sidewalk. This is part of www.IAmTroublemaker.com and a "non-violent direct action" to exercise Constitution rights and gauge the response of Agents of the Government.

There is NO FEDERAL LAW that prohibits someone from taking pictures or video of federal agents in public.
