  • no exchangeable battery? thats weird and annoying

    thanks for review too:)

  • Would love to see 11.6 and 12.5 side by side.

  • @Asrar29 No I went to shop and actually saw it .. holding in my hands :)

  • @nkhullar1 dude, it says 12.5 inch, that's why it's not 14'!

  • @stikowsky Thanks, I have Dell Latitude E 6400 which has high quality matte finish, I saw this in Samsung store 14 inch one, I had 2 questions:

    1) Screen looks smaller than 14 don't know why

    2) Matte display is not as bright as one in E6400 though I know cost differs but wanted your opinion

  • I was fortunate to get this 12.5 inch version for $675 from J&R several weeks ago. I also have an HP DM1z...the best things about this laptop is the matte screen, lighter weight, and better trackpad. Keyboard is probably also a little better, but the HP DM1z has a much better audio system, battery life, and web-camera. However, Samsung has a much better CPU so there's a justifiable trade-off for battery life. Msg me w/ any questions.

  • it has a matte display because glossy displays are annoying. In the 90's only very expensive displays had matte finishes and they went trough a great deal of trouble getting them like that. Funny that now a lot of manufacturers advertise with glossy displays, where previously they had a hard time de-glossing the display....

  • noohoo not pink.... WHY

  • Having Matte display is to save money or it has some scientific reason ,
