flipbook, evangelion vs an angel

i started this animation while in basic trainning eight years ago and just recently decided to finish it. im surprised the freaking book was still around! :P

Thanks for the comments. Animation is one of those hobbies that requires lots of patience and plenty of imagination, and some skill. Artistic ability is important, but in my opinion imagination is is more so. Hope I was a positive influence to you and everyone intrested in creating animated cartoons. If you really want to be a part of the animation world I suggest you start by tracking down a copy of " The Animator`s Survival Kit" , a very good book to start.

Thanks for the kind words. I created this flipbook way back in basic training. I wish the book had more pages, but now I have better ways to create future animations. I am intrested to make another animation about Evas! :)

Thanks. It was done quick, but I can`t afford that much time now a days, being in the Army getting and ready for another deployment. If you haven`t done so already, go check out the other animations I made, the badass penguin took me about 2 1/2 months!

Thanks for the comments. hope your dad gets to complete his career and retire safely. i will be making more animations using Easytoon. i am currently working on another flipbook i did while deployed last year, its a military story about special forces. look for more work comming soon.

I seriously have a very huge and powerful imagination. I have tried alot of things to try to get to the level that you are at, I must say that was an awesome video. Also can you make a flip book with using a computer? And one last thing, what kind of basic training are you doing because I want some of that training to improve my career. PLEASE help me out :-)
