I just bought one of these from Penn Models in Kingswinford.
They told me it would be fast and they were right !!
This is a video of the same model but filmed in the USA

  • just got mine flying i am using 4cell 2200 and its great but the lanching is crap i think the hook need moveing forward what ya think

  • The position of the std hook certainly gives the fuselage a high incidence of attack and this makes takeoff tricky.

I have got the hang of it now but you may be right, moving the hook forwards may make it easier to launch.

  • I used the HI-Tech HS-56HB servo's and they have been excellent.

They are a very tight fit in the wings though so you might find that slightly thinner servo's would be less fidly to fit.

Perfect fit in the tail though and provide excellent elevator control.

  • nice. what battery & ESC did you use?

  • I did use a 3 cell 2500 but take offs are marginal so now i use a flightpower 4 cell 3300 and a scorpion 55Amp speed controller.

The bigger battery also helped the c of g its now awesome to fly !!
