Mustkillroy Tetsu-MUGEN 4: Mama Luigi

Tetsu's ready to kick some more ass, and this time, his opponent is Mama Luigi of Youtube Poop fame!

My Tetsu skills have improved. I now understand supercanceling (although you don't see it here), and I've learned about Tetsu's other supers. By the way, if you're wondering why I taunt so much in the last round, it's because I wanted to finish off Mama Luigi with a super.

Mama Luigi, as has already been established, is Luigi by N64Mario84, Tmasta, and Warner, with an alternate voicepack by JimTehEarthworm. He doesn't seem to have any AI, but his moves are quite damaging. He uses his rolling dodge generously.
