@ordaboy did the blue judoka submit? plus the ref has to call matte when a fight goes from newaza to tachiwaza, hence why blue judoka made such an effort to stand up and lift his opponent off the ground

first: there aer no "point" in judo. you get a yuko, wazari or ippon.
ippon you get for a good throw on all of the opponents back, or a submission.
it is like a KO.
wazari is for a throw that's good, but not as an ippon. two wazari add up to an ippon.
yuko is for a throw that lands the opponent on the side.
in this case, the dude did not pull off an armbar actually. and since the other guy lifted him up, the match must be stopped.
the throw was an ippon.

@ordaboy You only have a few seconds to finish a move when attempting ground work. I am not sure that he recieved any points for the armbar attempt. The throw was a full point for sure though.
