Guitar Hero II FC 100% 5-Star Glitch (Xbox 360)
---
1. go to TRAINING - PRACTICE
2. choose ANY song
3. LEAD
4. choose ANY difficulty
5. select a START SECTION
* points 2-5 depend on what you want to do with the glitch. you can either play a full song that you're good in if you want to score lots of points or just play some sections of a song if you want to get a cheap 100% 5-star rating at any song. if you choose the quick way then make sure you play at least about 40 notes (average multiplier x2.8) in the practice. otherwise you'll get a 4-star 100% rating only (that's why 1 song has 4 golden stars in the vid :P )
6. select ANY speed
7. play the practice session
8. just right before the end of this session (before the dialog box would come up) UNPLUG your controller. you really have to do this at a special point. i recommend you just plug it in, resume and plug it out again about 3 or 4 times... so you won't miss that point.
9. if you did everything correctly the screen should run in a loop. it's scrolling and not showing any notes.
10. press start, quit and go back to the main menu
11. choose career or quick play
12. this will work at any difficulty. simply start a song you want to 5 star.
13. you'll notice that the song (song sections) you chose in the pratice mode comes up.
14. all you have to do is play the same notes you already did in the practice session.
15. when the song's over you'll see that you got a 100% 5-star rating at the song you chose in career mode (or quick play) and NOT the song you actually played (the one from the practice session)
* you don't have to do the practice stuff all over again if you want to do another song. to deactivate the glitch reboot your xbox or go back to the dashboard.
---
i did NOT find out this glitch myself. this is just to let you know that there IS a glitch and HOW it works. the xbl leaderboards are already fkdup so anyone should see how it works!

clear the cache and remove all game updates ---
To perform the function, access 'memory' in the system blade, and then highlight the hard drive. Now press: Y, X, X, LB, RB, X, X. The following message should appear: "Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?"
If you initiate maintenance, the hard drive's cache will be cleared, including all software updates.
