This is not really free Energy, it's veery indirect Sun-energy.
An example:
The sun shines on gras, so the gras gets bigger.
Then animals like Cows eat the gras, and the get bigger too.
Then you can eat their meat to have the energy to turn this generator.

Thanks for the video. Nice output on the gen. Not free energy, but very efficient energy. It seems to cog or load, so more demand will require more energy to operate it.
