I actually prefer this gemma. she has that tough quality with strong features that don't make her look like the classic delicate victorian woman, which is how she is suppose to look, but can still seem childlike and vulnerable as gemma can be at times

I think she could pull it off. It'd be a nice way for everyone to see a different side of her than the cute and innocent like Gilmore Girls or Sister hood of the Traveling Pants thing.
