Recipe:

4 Medium-sized Potatoes
1 8oz. pkg of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 tsp Celery Flakes
6 slices of Crumbled Bacon (cooked)
1/2 tsp of Garlic Salt
1-2 cups of Cheddar Cheese (grated)
2 tbs of Parmasean Cheese
2-4 tbs of Classic White Sauce
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
1 cup of hot Milk
1 tbs of Chives

Combine hot milk, parmasean cheese, celery flakes, salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Mix well. Pour the milk mixture into bowl of cream cheese, beat on low with mixer, it will be "soupy", slowly add white sauce until mixture becomes thick. Next add about 1-2 cups of cheddar cheese and save some for the topping. Add potatoes to cream cheese and milk mixture and mix with spoon. Spray baking dish with cooking spray, add potato mixture to baking dish and top with the remainder of the cheddar cheese. Sprinkle chives on top of the cheese topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
