Pearl also operates strategically placed distribution facilities in Reno, Nevada and Chambersburg, Pennsylvania for quick delivery to West Coast and East Coat dealers respectively. Katsumi Yanagisawa started Pearl in a small factory with less than 300 sq. ft. and 2 employees in Sumida, Tokyo on April 2, 1946.
